Just topping up will not keep it active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like it may have gone into hibernation, if this is the case, you will have to get in touch with customer service to reactivate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do this by clicking on the contact EE and using Skype there is a free number you can ring, look at ringing customer service UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm temporarily living in France, so I sometimes top up my phone to keep my number. I have the same number for many years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've topped up today but cannot send or receive any SMS from the UK.&amp;nbsp;It used to be alright, but now it's not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to get something to do with roaming?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
