hi. I've been using the 30 pound pack every month. But I don't want to use it anymore, so I canceled it. The pack is paid on the 21st of each month and can be used from the 22nd. However, on the 21st (21.07) of this month, it was paid. I want a refund for this month's pack. Thank you.

@zomanx : You should have stopped the payment before it was due. For a recurring card payment You needed to have texted STOP REC to 150.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent top-up.
