Same price, both mention '30 days' - what is it that 'lasts 0'? What is the 5GB bringing to the table that makes it 100% more/GB?

'5GB data add-on' (why include 'data' when it's implied in '5GB', why is 'add-on' not capitalised?)

I had the same confusion !

I then bought a 1G for 30 days, $6. But it showed expiry in 7 days after I bought the add-on.

I felt like being scammed !!

Note the add-ons and the ambiguity as to how long they last.

The price list contradicts the figures available for me to purchase. I can't buy them on the website. I'd rather not buy an add-on then spend time complaining to customer service when it runs out prematurely. Also, why can I buy a 5gb addon for £20? It shouldn't exist according to the price list.

Why can't you buy the thro' your MyEE? Another way of buying them is by the Text Service. Text ADD DATA to 150 & it'll list the data add-ons available to you, hopefully unambiguously, & allow you to choose 1.

Why would anyone want to buy the 5GB add-on when 10GB is the same price?

I, at the moment, do not trust the website add-on prices/duration. Texting ADD DATA does indeed give the correct prices as per the official price list so I'll buy using that means.

So, the question remains, why is there a discrepancy between the website and the text service?

My PAYG add-ons also have similar discrepancies:

My list is diff from yours as I have a pack.

I would rely on the ADD DATA text every time.
