Pack did not renew automatically after top up

I bought a 20 Pound pack which should new today. I already top up 20 Pound last night, but it did not renew.

How I have no call / text allowance, and very little data allowance.

There are still money in the credit.

How do I make it renew ?

Or should I buy other add-on ?

Just switch off / on phone, but it's still the same.

Try texting NOW to 150 to get it to start.

It says,

You haven't actually bought the pack yet. Text PACK20 to 150 to buy it. Then text NOW to 150 if it doesn't start.
