30Pack not working abord

Hello. I used sim card fisrt time in UK (incoming call). Activated fisrt 30f pack abord uk. But nothing working yet (calling and data) How can I solve it?

@Kinkin Where are you ? Your pack allowance is only for UK and EU usage so if your not in the EU it’ll not cover your usage.

@Kinkin : An incoming call is not enough to activate it. Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

I will back to uk next week. I hope that logging into the home network will start working automatically

No, that won't do it. You need to make a chargeable call or text.
