VAT Receipt

I need to get VAT receipts for my PAYG SIM. I pay upfront and then collect the money back from my work. However, they are demanding VAT receipts. I have looked on my online account and there isn't an option on how to do this. Please can you help. I need this years and some of last years.

@lmbil There isn’t anything on your online account for this. You will have to call customer services to see if anything can be supplied.

EE will only issue VAT receipts with business contracts. Your best bet is to top-up or get an eVoucher at a retailer or ATM & ask for a receipt.

Ok, that's not good. How can I just get a normal receipt to prove that I have been paying my monthly bill. As this is no different from going out for a meal and claiming the money back from a company.

You don't have a monthly bill with PAYG. You just top-up whenever.
