      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought a new sim card and the EE agent said there would be no issue using it from abroad, however I am not able &lt;U&gt;to make or receive calls&lt;/U&gt; despite the fact that I have the 5 GBP pack with 250 mgb of data, 250 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an iphone 12 pro. What can I do please? Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fully working both in UK &amp;amp; worldwide. Yes,&amp;nbsp;you have to use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you go abroad. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
