&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pay as you go boost on Legacy tariffs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pay as you go mobile on a tariff from 2013, it is now a low use mobile which I use abroad as the contract still gives me free roaming in the EU. I do though on occasion have to use it for a short period of time, mainly text messages. To restrict the cost I used to top up with £5 and that would give me a number of free text messages to use within a month which served my purposes. I last did this in November 2021 by talking to a person, not sure how I reached them and I got exactly what I needed. The option I can find now is that I can top up my phone using option 3 on the phone but can you confirm if the free text messages will be applied automatically as it will recognise my tariff? I have tried online chat and via 150 but I seem to end up at the same automated point of contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it was a text add-on, rather than a monthly pack, it won't renew automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can purchase an add-on in &lt;A href="https://id.ee.co.uk/login" target="_blank"&gt;My EE&lt;/A&gt;, by calling &lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt; or by texting &lt;STRONG&gt;ADD ON&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
