My son lost his sim card i have the number and his device can it be replaced with same number

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM.

To report the lost SIM card, please call us on 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.
