Stupid website wont let me top up my phone

I try to top up my phone £10 as I need it to renew my monthly pack but when I go to payment it says put in CVV number on my saved card. But when I put in CVV number (yes I check it with actual card which is not expired or deactivated, I check with bank this and they say it is not!!!) it says "Oops, something went wrong." and does not let me pay. I need my phone today please help please fix dumb stupid not working website please thank you!!!

Was able to top up phone in my local store, not sure if the website works now since I no longer need to use it, for a month at least.

Sorry for the somewhat harsh language earlier, I was frustrated with the situation that I might be unable to use my phone.

But all is good one way or another!

@LETMEPAYMYPHONE , @RosyLovelady : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
