      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PAYG account. I cannot send texts or make calls from the US to the UK. Tried the sim on two different phones. Restarted phones, reset settings. Nothing works. I've noticed other users had this issue but you haven't fixed them, at least not in forum replies. Can you please help on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've not been paying for sending texts then you've not made any &lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt; transactions &amp;amp; so after such a long time you've lost use of your SIM &amp;amp; no. for good.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
