My payment has been refused as your system says my Mastercard is not registered to my ee pay as you go account. I have checked on my ee and it is registered, however it is showing expired even though it does not expire until 2025! Clearly there is a problem. Could you fix this please.

Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.

Thanks for that but what I need is an ee team member to fix my card record. The error is not at my end.
