On payg and have to sometimes renew pack early as run out of data. But beware if you renew the pack early you will lose any bonus data you have accrued. Eg it says the next 10 pound pack renews in x days and will have 23gb data, but if you have run out it only renews early with 5gb data. Despite that you are giving EE more money, a real con.

@Peterw3 That’s because you have to see out the monthly cycle. But why not just purchase a data add on to see you through.

You do not make this clear which is why I am highlighting the issue, better would be you let people keep the bonuses.
