Cancel a pay as you go SIM

I recently spent a week in the UK where I purchased an EE sim card to use in my iphone. I have returned to the US and no longer have need of it. I don't want it to automatically renew. How can I cancel it?

Hi @camilla62

PAYG SIMs are, by their nature, pre-payment and any packs you have selected will only renew if you have credit on the phone.

Simply don't add any further credit to the phone.
