Hi @Maria2313,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you are a new EE customer, your pack will start as soon as you make a call, send a text or use data.

If you are an existing customer and would like to start your next pack early, text NOW to 150.

I tried texting, calling, browsing too more than once to activate my pack but it hasn't done anything. I still can't access my mobile data.

I’ve bought a 15£ pack n the monitor says if I wanted it straight away but it’s been 30min n I still haven’t received my data
