Hi everyone,

My existing EE eSIM has suddenly completely stopped working on my unlocked iPhone 17 Pro Max. It is stuck on "No Service".

Here is the situation:

This is my regular, existing eSIM (not a new swap).

Yesterday, I briefly got a signal outside, but now there is zero signal anywhere.

Under Settings > General > About, the Network Provider text says EE 73.1

I have already tried:

Updating to the latest iOS over Wi-Fi yesterday.

Toggling Airplane mode.

Turning the phone off and on.

Performing a "Reset Network Settings".

Since my storage is completely maxed out, did the iOS update corrupt my existing eSIM profile data or cellular cache? Do I need to get a brand new eSIM replacement generated to fix this, or is there a way to force my current eSIM to reconnect?

Thanks for any help!
