Hi! I have just recently moved house and have found that the signal has been awful since:( I’ve been with EE for a few years now and have never had any issues with signal at all. Basically indoors, I can get no signal which is really frustrating as I’m worried about missing calls etc.

I did check the coverage thing online and ironically, it says both indoor and outdoor coverage is excellent (I can confirm, indoor coverage is actually non existent!!) but at my previous address, it said outdoor coverage is weak and indoors is none but i found the signal there great.

I’m not entirely sure what the best action is, I wouldn’t want to change to another provider as I’ve found the cost, customer service and signal (up until now) etc very good.

Thanks for highlighting this @ccapybaraa.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can run some checks for you.

If you have a WIFI connection in your home at the moment, you can connect your device to WIFI Calling so you'll be able to make and receive calls and texts.

The coverage maps are a computer-generated prediction and are intended to provide a guide but won't always be 100% accurate. Has this poor indoor coverage always been apparent, from when you first viewed your new home to actually moving in? The longer it's been the case, the more likely it is to be the permanent coverage levels.

As already mentioned a couple of times, EE offer WiFi-calling enabling full use of your phone regardless of network coverage levels. If you have a reliable WiFi signal, you can continue using your phone even with no coverage - it's intended precisely for situations such as yours.
