&lt;P&gt;When you renewed your contract, did you receive a new SIM alongside this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was the case, the new SIM likely won't have been activated unless you requested it, and the old one will still be active with your number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend having a check of our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network status checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if there are any issues reported in your area, too.&lt;/P&gt;
