Have connection to EE line but no access to data or calls

Hi so all of a sudden at about 10am I wasn’t able to use data or make or answer calls on my phone.

I have followed chat gpt instructions to try all settings issues and checked my billing which is all paid up on my account and can’t find anything wrong but it won’t connect to the server and says there’s an issue.

any ideas??

so chat gpt says I need to ask..:

My EE line is active and paid. My iPhone recognises the EE SIM and shows 4G, and “Turn On This Line” is ON, but I cannot make calls, send SMS or use mobile data. I get “Could not activate mobile data network”. Please check whether my line is barred/provisioned correctly and refresh the connection.

What server is it you can't connect to?
