My phone network service is not working. I cannot make calls or receive calls.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues making and receiving calls.

How long has this been happening?

Is your phone showing any signal bars, or do you see a message such as No Service or Emergency Calls Only?

If you do have signal, are you able to send or receive text messages, or use mobile data at all?

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
Have you tried restarting your device.
Are you in the UK.

No, I’m not in the UK. I’m in the US. Of course I switched it off. I
switched it on. I took out the SIM card. I reset it I Into the menu

Are you currently on a contract with us or are you on Pay As You Go?

Has your phone worked at all since you arrived in the U.S?

@Noel4295774 , if on contract did you enable roaming on your account before going to the US? No need on pay as you go.
