&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try and use data when not connected to WiFi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What device are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, &amp;nbsp;if you log into your EE app, select, Profile &amp;gt; Settings and permissions &amp;gt; Manage settings &amp;gt; Data and usage &amp;gt; Use mobile data, is this turned on?&lt;/P&gt;
