If I have unlimited data, why is my mobile data not working when I’m out? I’ve tried all troubleshooting ideas and there are no issues in my local networks

What happens when you try and use data when not connected to WiFi?

What device are you using?

Also, if you log into your EE app, select, Profile > Settings and permissions > Manage settings > Data and usage > Use mobile data, is this turned on?

Can you be specific? What exactly does "all troubleshooting" mean? If other posters can think of an idea that you've not, does that still count as "all troubleshooting"?....

Explaining what you've done, is a much better comment than "tried everything" which is another favourite around here.

Also what do you mean by "no issues in my local networks"?

@alsksoxod2 Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data on your device ? If this are social media apps you’ll need to have content lock removed from your account and you do that by calling customer service to request content lock to he removed you’ll need a credit card to pay a refundable token or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there,
