Can you explain a little more about the problems you've been having?

Is this using EE's fixed-line broadband or is it mobile? What do you mean by "calls distraction"?

@Depha if you are having network issues, you can check and report via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website an clicking on help and then scrolling down and clicking on connection issues, where you can report it also and receive updates.
