Poor coverage is not, of itself, basis for cancelling a minimum-term contract once it's beyond the statutory 14days cooling-off period. Whether SIM-only or device-based is immaterial, save for your phone (or to be precise, any potential faults with it) not being EE's issue.

Can you explain a bit more about the "totally utterly rubbish" signal? Is this indicated on-screen bars being grossly worse than the coverage webtool predicts? And you're having problems making or receiving calls?

Or something else? Poor data speeds? In one specific location or more general? The more detail you can provide, the better advice can be offered.

Hi @Jason196

Have you checked your local network for issues: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

There are hundreds of variables when it comes to signal and is a subjective issue. If however you're unhappy you can speak to EE CS on 150 about what they can do.

Thanks
