<P>For too long we have only been able to hear voice calls in part of the garden. Complaints on a Saturday result only in a text message on Sunday saying " since we haven't heard from you in 7 days, we've closed your complaint." That is the only response even when there has been contact to say we still cannot make or receive audible calls. Yesterday it took an hour to exchange messages. The process is designed to frustrate. EE message asks for part of the ID they want. Customer sends what was requested. 5 minutes delay. Agent messages asking for another part of ID. After an hour you can ask the question that was out into the AI agent at the start. Which was essentially "how do I best move three phones from EE to a cheaper network on which I have found we get good signal?"</P>
