    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Use the "check service status" option on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues. There is also a similar facility on the myEE app under the "help" tab&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Weak to No Service in EN4 area</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The service recently has been really poor. Terrible signal for about a month now - I was waiting for important hospital calls and couldn;t speak to the doctor because the line was so bad. Now there is no signal at all.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had no service for almost 2 days trying to speak to someone from ee was impossible &amp;nbsp;as they call you. But with no signal it wasn’t possible. Bit useless in this situation no customer service help or information!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
