      <title>No Inbound or Outbound Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 09/06 my phone stopped being able to make or receive calls. When I try any number from my end it immediately says 'call ended'. People have told me that their calls to my number just don't go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Texting and data is all as normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service status checker said that there was a problem during the day on 09/06 but by the evening it said everything was good, however I still had the same issue. Then yesterday on 10/06 I still had the same issue and reported it, eventually the service status checker said there was an issue EE was looking into but now it's back to everything is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Throughout all of this I have tried using wi-fi calling (has never worked once), toggling aeroplane mode on-off, resetting my network settings, clearing my Phone app cache, checking my phone's software is up-to-date, updating my network settings via 150, and restarting my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would have tried a different phone but the only extra phone I have is a cheap Nokia that doesn't take microSim cards (and nothing on hand to adapt my microSim for a bigger slot). My account is also in good standing, all DD have come out on time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't phone 150, I'm getting no updates about these faults even though I signed up for them, the EE app's webchat won't let me speak to someone (tried during opening hours), and I don't have ready access to another phone... What can I do here? Does anyone know what the issue is and how to resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have tried alot of the steps we would suggest already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try manually selecting the Network, you can do this by going into settings &amp;gt; mobile networks &amp;gt; Network selection &amp;gt; turn automatic off &amp;gt; your phone will start searching for available networks &amp;gt; select the Network manually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had tried that yesterday as well, but tried it again today and didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I'm at home sick just now so going out to visit someone to use their phone will have to wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's just frustrating not being able to contact EE for technical support without calling them, especially in my situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a suspicion this may be core network/account-related rather than a radio coverage issue, but there's ways to prove this...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1: Outgoing calls, try test calls to different number ranges. Pick an 01/02 landline number, pick a non-geographic 03 number, try a couple of 080 (free) numbers, and both on-net (i.e. another EE) and off-net mobiles. See if all fail, or only certain ranges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2: Incoming calls, if you have a radio coverage issue these should dump to voicemail. I'd want to clarify the meaning of "calls to my number just don't go through"... are they diverting to voicemail, or something else? Number Unobtainable, error message, whatever...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try also making an amendment to your incoming call divert settings, even as simple as toggling a "divert all calls" on and then off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
