Hi i've got no signal again, the online signal checker says there's nothing wrong, the automated fault report shows no issues, i've tried reaching out to 150 to get technical support however without signal they cannot call me back, i've turned on Wi-Fi calling but it's not activating, i've tried airplane mode, i've tried 4G only, i've tried resetting network, i've tried turning my phone on and off, so I'm at a block again how do i get help? move somewhere with signal to phone 150? then they say it looks fine?

Hi @Chappers14

Sorry to hear you're facing issues with the signal on your device.

As the online checker says there is no fault, and the WIFI calling is not activating, do you know of any other EE users in the area and are they facing the same experience?

Are you able to test your SIM card in an alternative phone? and possibly test another SIM card in your phone?

This will help eliminate the device or SIM being a problem.

If you have access to another phone, you can call EE using the contact number found at Contact Us | Help | EE page.

Ali
