      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve never been so frustrated with the EE app and EE website&lt;BR /&gt;I’m an existing customer and all I want is a pay you go SIM card for an extra device in case of an emergency&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have needed this in case I lose my mobile phone I need a backup. &lt;P&gt;We have a dedicated page for &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/mobile/pay-as-you-go-sim-only" target="_blank"&gt;ordering a new pay as you go SIM&lt;/A&gt; on our website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The SIM would come with a pack, giving minutes, texts and data each month when you top up, but it can be cancelled by texting STOP PACK to 150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you visit an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE Store&lt;/A&gt;, they can get you set up with a SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a SIM as a back up, you would need to make sure there is some kind of chargeable activity at least once every 179 days to prevent the SIM from &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/pay-as-you-go/pay-as-you-go-credit-run-out-when-i-havent-made-calls" target="_blank"&gt;going into hibernation&lt;/A&gt; and then being potentially disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;
