Its indoors and roughly the same location. It also happens when I call local numbers and contacts as well. I checked ofcom and it seems the EE signal is not great where I am.

Quite often when I am on the phone, I lose the signal halfway through the conversation. There seem to be certain lines that always go bad, such as customer call centres based on the other side of the world.

The call usually starts off fine. Then, after a few minutes, the person on the other end can no longer hear me. It is incredibly annoying and stressful because it happens so frequently.

What makes it worse is having to redial and go through the rigmarole of menu options, waiting times, and security verifications just to speak to someone all over again only for the same thing to happen again.

This happens to me too. Usually when I’m on call to my mum. My reception (and G) goes to nothing then takes a few seconds to come back meaning I have to restart the call. Very annoying
