    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a bit unclear what issue you're wanting to report here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5G service isn't available from every network site, whereas 4G is. A 5G phone will always prefer a 5G frequency band over a 4G one, but this can often mean using a more distant site, hence lower signal bars are entirely normal and should not - of themselves - be a problem. This is exactly the same as happened when 3G &amp;amp; 4G first launched - newer technologies have less coverage initially. There's also a popular misconception that "only one bar" is automatically a bad thing, when it's not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having said all that, if you're getting in-call audio breakup on standard direct-dialled calls, then that's a fault that should be reported via the usual channels. Internet-apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger or such, allow you to use in-app audio sessions between other users of the app - those audio sessions are carried by the app themselves and are not routed by EE's mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The audio breakup across both scenarios could potentially be relevant, if it's indicative of a fault with your phone's speaker. That's easily proven by testing a streaming video or similar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last few months have been absolute nightmare with EE signal calls constantly breaking up unable to hear people or sounding like your talking to a computer on the other end have tried what’s app calls aswell there is something seriously wrong with the signal I’ve tried turning airplane mode on and off 5g signal barely goes over one bar I’m using iPhone 16 pro max&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
