    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I’m contacting you about my account because I’ve been experiencing ongoing service issues, including consistently poor or no signal in my area where I need reliable coverage. Examples: Impossible to download or if it is downloading is a file attachment and it is very slow. To open apps takes time or a message appears: an error occurred. Sometimes I can't open the EE app. Some websites I try to open are either slow or a message appears to connect to the internet. On several occasions I used your tool to check area coverage and it always says no issues and very good outside and good inside property. Often when Receiving calls as soon as I answer the call is disconnected, or the caller can't hear me and ends up ending the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has made it difficult to use my phone for calls, texts, and data, and the service has not met reasonable expectations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to these issues, I would like to request to leave my contract early without paying the early termination fee, or for the fee to be reduced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend using the "report a problem" link on the status tool as a first step, providing some further details for closer investigation of the sites in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE-CS should assist further if symptoms persist. One good check is to ask friends or relatives locally who also use EE, do they have similar problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
