      <description>&lt;P&gt;What are the service issues you're having with your phone? There's no incentive for EE to intentionally disregard network issues when they're reported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "best network" claims are based on wide area testing which all operators partake of, and results have been consistent over extended periods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can provide some detail on the issues you're having, help can likely be offered.
