&lt;P&gt;Have you had a look on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if there are any current works or problems in your local area that could be causing this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there isn't anything showing, is this happening in all areas or just one specific one?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What mode of phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it impacting all calls and texts?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is the same. I’ve been with EE for 3 years and have had this problem since I went on the network. My internet never has connection, when making calls the audio cuts off and same when I receive calls. Text message don’t send and I receive texts sent to me hours (sometimes a day) after they were sent to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The coverage says it’s good in my area. That’s a lie. I am constantly on the phone to them and they try to say it must be the area. But obviously it’s not of it’s happening to all of us .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
