      <description>&lt;P&gt;No network coverage on my ee s25 ultra today. I have a voicemail i urgently need to get to. Tried all suggestions for resolving it but to no avail. Phone showing no service. States EE network not available. Is this anything to do with the fact that Ive paid off my phone and they want me to buy a new one!! Any suggestions please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2153825"&gt;@nickyt1973&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried connecting via WiFi calling as you do have a internet connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you say you’ve paid off your phone do you mean you called customer support and gave notice to terminate ? &amp;nbsp; paying of a phone provided you are on a flex contract doesn’t terminate the airtime part of a flex tariff. &amp;nbsp; If it’s not a flex tariff then yes you have terminated your contract but that’s happens 30 days after you have notice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Thank you for takimg the time to reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify i was on a flexi plan so phone and airtime separate. Finished paying off phone as per the contract. Airtime continuing. Just decided not to upgrade the phone at this moment in time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suddenly it started working yesterday evening again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
