Cancelling your direct debit will - almost certainly - only get the attention of the credit control process, it's very unlikely to elicit an "is everything OK?" call that I suspect you are hoping for.

Have you used WiFi-calling in the past? Can you use other internet-based functions on your phone, via the same WiFi connection?

Hello.

I am having a huge issue here with my phone, I'm trying to call EE but I cannot as I have had no signal for 4 days now and when I try calling via WiFi it says I have no network connection EE have no online chat so it is actually Impossible to call the only way I can get contact to me is either this forum or cancelling my direct debit.

Yes I have reset my phone, turned WiFi calling on and taken the SIM out all troubleshooting is complete.

Hi.

Yes all other WiFi functions work apart from calling and I have checked all the settings WiFi calling is enabled, I have gone into EE live chat and the AI just tells me to contact 150 which I can't do this is an impossible process at the moment unless EE can just reset my phone without my contacting
