topic EE Wifi Locations in Mobile Network discussions

I'm currently seeing that EE have 5 million hotspots within the EE wifi network, but on the interactive map only 150k are shown. There's no hotspot in an area that I require (in a relatively central part of London), so is there a place to be able to suggest for/attempt to establish a hotspot in the area?

The interactive map evidently won't show all of the hotspots... I have two locations that I frequently stay at, and at both locations the nearest hotspot is around 2km away. I can get an excellent EE wifi connection at one of the places but none on the other... hoping someone could advise.

Thanks.

Hi @beaula_01

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure if there's a direct department that would handle a request like this. You could try the EE WiFi general enquiries email address on this Contact us | Find WiFi hotspots help page.
