&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the first location, due to circumstances outside of our control, the Fibre company will be unable to attend the area to install the leased line by the middle of May.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Barring any further&amp;nbsp;unforeseen&amp;nbsp;delays, we expect the leased line to be installed by the end of June.&amp;nbsp;Once the leased line has been installed, we can start integrating the mast onto the network and confirm an approximate on-air date for the new mast.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Barring any unexpected delays, we expect the leased line to be installed by the end of February. Once the leased line has been installed, we can start integrating the mast onto the network and confirm an approximate on-air date for the new mast.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the second location, we are continuing to legally acquire the land from the landowner.&amp;nbsp;Pending a positive outcome from the legal negotiations, we can start building the equipment needed for the new mast and confirm an approximate on-air date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

The existing mast is now back on-air. We have also completed upgrades on one of the masts in the area, to increase capacity and improve service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"&gt;We are aware of a signal issue that is affecting some of our customers in the Little Thurrock area.&amp;nbsp;Our mast in the area had to be removed from the existing site in November 2025, as this was requested by the landowner. The service in Little Thurrock has also been impacted by another mast in the area being offline since September 2025, due to a fire in the cabinet. Our engineers have repaired the damaged equipment, and are waiting for the power supply to be re-instated. Once we have a date for the power to be re-instated and the mast to be back on-air, we will update this post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To provide the same level of coverage lost by the existing mast being removed, we will require two new masts and our engineers began looking for new locations as soon as we were made aware our equipment had to be removed and found two suitable areas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent 50mins on the chat via the app!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the end of the conversation I was advised that when signal comes back fully I should call 150 to discuss compensation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there really should be automatic compensation for those in affected areas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When its about paying our bills they don’t call us begging for the money, they just take the money for a service that they couldn’t provide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They cannot give a reasonable timeframe for fixing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;EE’s own terms usually say that if they fail to supply service for a “reasonable period of time” and cannot offer an acceptable fix, you may be able to leave without early termination fees.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your contract includes mobile coverage, EE cannot treat WiFi Calling as a replacement for lost network service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was on the phone with EE today for over an hour. They have no idea how long this issue will last. All they can tell me is it isn’t going g to be a quick fix. They offered compensation but it’s not about the money it’s about having a reliable network. I’ve obtained a pac code but I’m currently talking to a manager about using a 3rd party monthly sim and diverting calls.i have an old contract with EE which pays dividends when I travel so I’m reluctant to leave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
