OMG What Happened to EE - The Service is Total Crap Now

First congratulations to the genius that decided that in order to speak to EE when you have data problems you have to call them and then be taken to a non functioning web page because of GUESS WHAT? Useless rubbish DATA services (and limited call reception.

25 yrs I have been with Orange and EE and the last 3 months of hell make me want to ditch this stupid inefficient useless company with it's rubbish service.

Why has EE become so rubbish lately? Why is the DATA service so hit and miss now in a house I have lived in for 20 yrs?

EE = Total Joke

Have you checked EE network status checker: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

Do you have fixed line broadband.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

I’m off, the app turned to crap, and between the last 8 months of visiting my elderly parents my phone went from “meh” to zero reception at their house! And I live there now to take care of my dad! …had to get a WiFi thing from the 3 network so I can even use my phone !

EE gone cheap but the user cost didn’t 🤷🏻‍♂️

Time to move on.
