&lt;P&gt;That is definitely an EE number. I've seen some examples of spam emails about getting another SIM, so I just wanted to make sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are near an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt;, you can also pop in store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can replace the SIM without needing to wait for it to arrive in the post.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I was sent a text message from EE on the 6th of November saying "your current plan gives you access to our newest 5G standalone network". I was busy and forgot about it can I still respond to the text and get the process started ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
