Pending a positive outcome from the negotiations, we can start legal steps to legally acquire the land from the site provider.&amp;nbsp; Once all legal steps have been completed, we can start building the equipment needed for the new mast&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and confirm an approximate on-air date for the new mast.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="x_MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"&gt;We are aware of a signal issue that is affecting some of our customers in the Queslett and Pheasey&amp;nbsp;area.&amp;nbsp;Our mast in the area had to be removed from the existing site at the end of May 2025, as this was requested by the site owner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="x_MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our engineers began looking for a new location as soon as we were made aware our equipment had to be removed. We have located an area for the new mast and are currently conducting surveys to make sure the location will be suitable for the equipment. Pending a positive outcome from the surveys, we can start legal steps to legally acquire the land from the site provider and start building the equipment needed for the new mast.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Awful service, I've spent the best part of 2 days, recieved a new sim only to be told it's my hardest is the issue and to upgrade. Spent over and hr being upgraded (which i dint want) along with broadband only to find out EE have removed the master in my area.. at no point did anyone point out that you removed the master and the issue is with the signal and not my phone..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How long is this going to take and is there some form of compensation !       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne thanks for the reply,&amp;nbsp; firstly is there any time frame with this? This could go on for several more months ! Ive have gone through all the tech guidelines and still the issue is the same!e&amp;nbsp; We ( the customer) pay for a service that isn't provided? What happens if a suitable place cannot be found ? Can this be escalated to a senior Manager as I believe EE should be contacting each customer in the area with some form of compensation ! We are at a point now where,&amp;nbsp; when we can actually get a signal is ask People to call our house phone instead to communicate.&amp;nbsp; I am more than happy for EE to contact me via phone to experience the difficulties we are having .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update, can you tell me if a temporary mast has been erected to improve the signalling? Having spoken to a customer service representative a few weeks ago , the completion of a new mast will not be until 2026!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Craig.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
