EE 3/4/5G down - EE Edge only!!

We’ve had no EE network for the past 6 months. We used to have full signal with 5G coverage (didn’t even need the internet on!), but now the minute we leave our home, it’s in a complete blackout spot.

This is probably around a 3 mile run of road that used to have full 5G signal. If any signal, my phone just shows EE Edge.
Tried resetting my mobile, network etc however i have 7 family members also on EE with the same issue so it’s not our device. When reported, we are told signal is limited in the area but how can it of worked for the last 20 years and suddenly stopped ?

@Bhbus : Consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Anyway 3G has been switched off for some time.

That link doesn’t work, or hasn’t for a long time either which isn’t helpful! 😞 when I call them they say it’s working

To have minor alterations in performance or indicated service can be normal from time-to-time, suggesting config changes.

To go from full-service to no-service is unusual. Status checker is the way to go initially. Out of interest, where (roughly) are you?
