I've been with EE for over 15 years and I live in B44 area, there is no service in the area. EE is such a big company, when their customers are struggling with receiving and making calls, important calls they should automatically refunded all customers that are affected. I've called them several times send me this info, that info when go to send the link had expired! EE can send me emails and tx messages about upgrades, I'd love to get an upgrade but there is NO SERVICE in the area no point in upgrading. The worse customer service I've ever experienced.

Is this a recent problem? You can check for known coverage issues using the online status tool.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > Check service status
