I have switched to ee a couple months ago bcs I was thiniking my giffgaf was bad...

I have checked coverage for my areas - 4g excellent indoors and outdoors so I decided to switch to PAYG just to check this coverage. First 2 weeks was brilliant and after that I have got msg ( every 2 weeks) that there is a problem with network and they trying to fix. Honestly last 3 months I just received loads of msgs about issues and issues. This is ridiculous...

On the top of that even after "fixing" the problems still I do not have data and calls and coverage showing excellent signal indoors and outdoors. Without wifi at my home I do not have either data or calls but to spice up whole thing I do not have it outdoors. Simple example: I go pickup my daughter from school. As soon I left house I could not send msg or call , nothing and my phone showing 4gg and 3 bars all the time. It took 10m to get to school, still no data and calls. I have send msg to my daughter ( whatsup and sms) at 14:50 and she get them at 15:20 when I pick her up. This is no one day situation but constant issue most of the days.

Another example. On my first and second break - everything fine. Another brake - no data no calls. I stay in this same place every brake so...wth.

It does not mater where I go - shops , gym , school, work - there is always issue with data and calls (ee coverage shows excellent signal )

I have tried everything what I have been told by customer services and nothing helped. I just wonder if you treat all PAYG customers like that and mayby if I would sign contract I get "normal" service. Be carefull before you think about signing 1-2 year contract with them.

You are one big scum for me and I will never recommend ee to anybody.

I fed up with this and I gonna switch to somebody else.

What did they say when you told them it wasn't helping?

Are you using the same phone as you were on GG? I would suspect that as at least part of the issue, if so.

Hi @EEcustomer18

Disappointing but as PAYG customer you have the benefit to change provider if the one you're on does not live upto your required service.

Good luck.
