Test whether you have the same issue with the speaker when using other audio-functions, for example playing a video or recording an audio file. That will identify whether the issue is within the device itself, or is network-related on a call.

Sorry about that,It wouldn't let me post anything else,My problem is,My
speaker on my phone crackles when I speak into it, But is fine from the
other end, I also can't receive text, Messenger and WhatsApp notifications,
Even though I get the message, You say that you are sending out engineers
to fix the problem, When you do, Should this make my phone back to normal
again? Kind regards Andrew.

I'm just a user like yourself, not EE staff - just to clarify the "you" comments you've made.

I think your phone has several issues from the sounds..

1: Speaker/microphone issues - I'm a bit unclear here. Speaking into something would be a microphone, you listen to a speaker. Are you trying to explain in-call audio problems? Or more general loudspeaker or microphone issues?

2: App notifications. Are you using Android or Apple?

I've no idea why engineers would be arranged for what, on the face of it, sound like device level issues. Who or what has told you that engineers are being despatched?

Oh okay thank you,Yes it was the speaker when you make an ordinary phone
call,It was EE themselves that said they are sending out engineers.
