    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have no WiFi calling. I am a Starlink user. I have gone through to Level 2 EE support who say they have been deluged with calls from EE WiFi calling users whose service has stopped. I have raised a case with Starlink but surely EE should also be addressing this directly with Starlink? It has now been 10 days with no WiFi calling. What are EE doing to help their customers resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 iphones each with a separate ee contract (work / personal). We have Starlink but this has not been an issue to date. Wifi calling isn't working, can't call EE as no signal and no online chat service it seems. I have restarted, airplane mode off / on , reset phones..... nothing. not sure what to do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a general problem with wifi calling - it has stopped working over our fibre connection, 3 of my neighbours on EE have the same issue - they are on different internet providers and handsets.&amp;nbsp; We all stopped working at the same time and it has been over 2 weeks now.&amp;nbsp; Needless to say trying to report this is just proving painful&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wifi is active on my account.&amp;nbsp; I am not on Starlink I am on 2connect leased line, it doesn't work on starbucks wifi either I have just tested.&amp;nbsp; It looks like it is not working on any internet connect that is external to the EE network, so maybe a routing or inbound firewall issue.&amp;nbsp; It has worked relaibly on my internet up until early August.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Only EE issue as my husband is on Vodafone and his WiFi calling works just fine at home (Starlink). Any help appreciated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same &amp;nbsp;issue. Started ?coincidentally? With an IOS update to 18.6.1. Rebooted Starlink and router via Starlink app and turned off Wifi calling on iPhone (15 pro) &amp;nbsp;- mobile service in settings then did hard reboot (vol up then vol down then button on right hold until it dies then restart) turn wifi calling back on and all OK for several days. Did same on my wife’s phone and all good. Within few days of the 18.6.1 update there was another point update to 18.6.2 which I hoped &amp;nbsp;had fixed it. This morning both our phone were not connected to Wifi calling. Spoke to level 2 guy at EE and they are aware of Starlink issue as are Starlink. &amp;nbsp;Starlink told EE techies to reboot starlink x 6! Worked for me with one reboot of starlink and router and turning off Wifi calling rebooting phone and turning wifi calling back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Wifi calling been OK on both phones for 5 hours today so hopefully fixed now. Will contact my starlink installer to contact starlink tech support if still an issue after BH weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Like many posters here we have no mobile signal and rely on entirely on Wifi calling which has been fine for years. Very annoying- maybe starlink will do a firmware update as a fix as was hoping a carrier update from EE might fix it but no point if it is only a starlink problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps some people??&lt;BR /&gt;You can reboot both starlink and router from their app or failing that just turn you house electrics off for 10 seconds at &amp;nbsp;the main consumer unit!! I still have wifi calling as I type this so fingers crossed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not sure if rebooting as in my message below (router and starlink) forces a firmware update? But it certainly fixed it along with turning wifi calling off rebooting phone and turning it back on.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure what firmware our starlnk was on before so can't say if it has updated but it is supposed to update firmware overnight if needed if you are online. Anyway our has been OK for 2 days now so fingers crossed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your working now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally have my WiFi calling working with Starlink&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rebooted the router 6 times with no joy. I then rebooted the Starlink. The first two times is kept asking me to realign the receiver saying it was 21 degrees out but on the 3rd attempt it seemed to connect to a different satellite that then updated the connection details and is now working. Speed is infinitely better as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
