Is this a recent problem - have you had coverage in your house previously?

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Did you have indoor coverage when you first viewed your new property? Do you have coverage outdoors? Do you have a working WiFi hotspot indoors?

Unless there's a local fault causing a loss of service, the coverage levels are what they are. Check your coverage levels using the online checker at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

"Check coverage" predicts the normal level of service in your chosen location

"Check service status" searches for known issues in your locality.

Hi @Naween,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Have you been able to check the service status as @bristolian has mentioned above, to see if this is the anticipated coverage, or if there is any work happening nearby?

Rach
