      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I just got a new SIM card and new phone S25 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have signal bars, but i can't access data / send messages etc and is stuck in emergency call only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what am I supposed to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition, what was the reason for the new SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a brand new connection? A lost/stolen replacement? Or something else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your symptoms are consistent with not having a network connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
