My reception and internet are so poor in SE9 6AS. Every time I raise a complaint, they say everything is fine and there are no issues. I wish someone would come and check.

Hi @omar_f1

It will say on the box if you take a look. If you know the postcode for the picture you can check planning on the local council website as well.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract, are your issues indoors out outdoors

You can check for issues here: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status/mobile

Thanks

There are some EE monopole sites in the postcode you mention, but that particular style of pole is deployed by multiple networks so it's impossible to say just from that picture. I can see different networks have varying good spots along different sections of Well Hill Road.

The H&S notice on one of the cabinets will contain contact details for whichever operator(s) are present.

Can you expand on what you mean by "reception and internet are so poor" - this could mean different things to different people. If coverage is poor, then that will impact on call & data performance. But many people automatically assume fewer on-screen bars mean slower data, which is not necessarily the case.

To add, these monopole sites are often capable of supporting either one or two operators - the difference being the height of the antenna shroud at the top.

Having double-checked this location, EE's serving site is a rooftop structure. Clarity on "reception" being poor may enable further comments.
