    <description>&lt;P&gt;There's no such thing as a 5G mast, it's a popular misconception! All EE's sites are multi-technology, and always carry 4G with a combination of 2G and/or 5G depending on area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And whilst an interested landlord is a great start, the rollout process needs a few more bits in-place first. Local authority planning consent, a lease agreement, and access for a power-supply &amp;amp; maintenance - are the edited highlights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The forum staff team should be along in due course to take some basic details for passing on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have just bought a property near Skenfrith and the signal is very poor - i would happily provide land for a mast - at the top of Coed Angred Hill so with longviews in all directions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
