    <description>Thank you for your reply I got through to EE and after being told that it&lt;BR /&gt;is a problem due to the outage between Peterborough and Ely that is&lt;BR /&gt;affecting my area.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The coverage tool is not accurate when I checked it it said great coverage&lt;BR /&gt;but when an EE guide checked it said no signal in my area.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your response.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no signal all day and night there was an outage earlier in the day but I have been unable to report by phone or by text. I thought the outage had been resolved. Not on my phone4&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A lack of coverage is a different issue to that caused by the issues yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Use the "check service status" option on &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
